What I do at MAPP
Sitting within the Talent Acquisition team I am responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process here at MAPP alongside the team. This includes reviewing and evaluating applications, managing the interview process, making offers & issuing paperwork. It is a highly rewarding role to have here at MAPP and it is made extra special as we get to interact with all the new hires coming into the business as we continue to grow! I thoroughly enjoy the fast paced but rewarding environment and am lucky enough to collaborate with the many teams spread nationally here at MAPP.

Who am I?
Originally from a recruitment agency background, I covered commercial property management and everything in between before moving over to the client side in February 2022.
Advice for prospective candidates
With any interview, if with us or elsewhere the most important thing is to research the company. Interviewers will always ask ‘why us’ and even if you have smashed your competency questions it could be the one that holds you back. We love authenticity so bring your whole self to the interview and always try to have some questions for us prepared too!
