What I do at MAPP
Sitting within the Talent Acquisition team I am responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process here at MAPP alongside the team. This includes reviewing and evaluating applications, managing the interview process, making offers & issuing paperwork. It is a highly rewarding role to have here at MAPP and it is made extra special as we get to interact with all the new hires coming into the business as we continue to grow! I thoroughly enjoy the fast paced but rewarding environment and am lucky enough to collaborate with the many teams spread nationally here at MAPP.
Why MAPP
Being part of a company that stays true to its values and its people is rare in the world of employment, and I’m so grateful to be part of a business that truly supports its people and its vision beyond the day to day.
As an Employee Ownership Trust, MAPP keeps its focus on what matters most: the evolving needs of our clients, occupiers and partners, and the people who deliver for them. We’re more than just a real estate operator. We’re about people and communities, not just properties, and that shows in how we work. We’re quick to pivot and ready to deliver, we obsess over the detail, and we’re always innovating to create spaces that work for tomorrow.
That commitment is recognised beyond our own walls too. We’re proud to be a certified B Corp, and to have won Inclusion Initiative of the Year at the Property Week Commercial Property Awards. It’s a real privilege to be part of a team that does things differently, and to help deliver what MAPP calls “operational harmony”, where buildings perform, occupiers thrive and clients see the value they were promised, consistently.
Who am I?
Originally from a recruitment agency background, I covered commercial property management, FM and everything in between before moving over to the client side in February 2022. Outside of work I love anything food related, travelling & taking the dog to new places.
